Mission & Vision
Poopism™ is a health and wellness company on a mission to help individuals share their stories and take control of their health when it comes to gut, bowel, and digestive health. The term “-ism” has long been associated with negative and oppressive connotations, often silencing important conversations and reinforcing societal taboos. We are here to challenge that narrative. Our company is dedicated to breaking down these barriers by fostering open, honest dialogues about digestive health. Through movements like Poopism™ and personalized coaching, we empower individuals to speak up, share their experiences, and embrace their well-being. We are creating a space where digestive health is recognized, valued, and supported as an essential part of overall well-being.
Our vision is to build a vibrant community of people who are storytellers and advocates for a more open, honest, and informed approach through one-on-one coaching, support groups, workshops, and monthly The Poopism™ podcast. Our health journey begins with listening to our gut and looking at our poop.
The Poopism™ movement is making “Number #2 Conversations a #1 Priority.’

The Importance of Talking About our Poop Health
Promoting Healthy Lifestyle Habits: Understanding the relationship between diet, exercise, and digestive health can help individuals make informed choices about their lifestyle. Talking about poop can destigmatize healthy eating habits and encourage people to adopt a more balanced approach to their nutrition.
Addressing Misconceptions and Myths: Many misconceptions and myths surround poop and digestive health. Open discussions can help dispel these myths and provide accurate information, leading to better health outcomes.
Improving Sanitation and Waste Management: Understanding the importance of proper sanitation and waste management can help prevent the spread of diseases and improve public health. Talking about poop can raise awareness of these issues and encourage action to improve sanitation practices.
Reducing Stigma and Discrimination: The stigma associated with poop can lead to discrimination and shame, particularly for individuals with bowel disorders. Open conversations about poop can help reduce this stigma and create a more inclusive and accepting society.
